Do we all have to be preachers?

I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom:
Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers;
and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.
But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.

2 Timothy 4:1-5

Father, witnessing, preaching the word, and living in such a way that we give off the aroma of one saved by the grace of God, is what You have said You expect. These commandments require that we know the word.

Father, this scripture says the time will come when people will seek out teachers who tell them what they want to hear. O’ God, how we pray that You will teach Your teachers; that You will convict them and lead them to preach the whole truth, in season and out of season, when it is easy and when it is difficult.

Help us O’ God to be seekers of the truth and to overcome evil in our lives by the power of the Holy Spirit that lives in us. Lead us this day in paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake. Amen.
